ORIGINAL EMBROIDERY
This small embroidery of a Blackbird under a flower, it is made using traditional applique techniques and free motion embroidery. Made using my semi industrial Juki machine. I frayed then layered up 3 or 4 background fabrics, leaving the edges natural. The fabrics range from hand dyed cottons to silk and hand painted cottons.
It measures 15cm x 15cm and is mounted onto an off white mount board measuring 10 inches 25.5cm squared and is ready to fit into a frame of your choice.
