PAYMENT INFORMATION

Bank Card

You can pay using your Bank card, the link is small than the Paypal button but it is there.

PayPal

If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry! Simply add your items to your basket, enter your delivery details and then choose 'Pay by PayPal' anyway. Instead of logging in on the following PayPal page, select 'Check Out as a Guest / Pay by Card / Create an account' and you'll be able to enter your card information.

You will not be required to create a PayPal account.

Paying Offline

If you'd prefer to pay offline, please select this option at checkout. You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to pay by cheque, by bank transfer, or via a 'payment link' sent to your mobile phone.

Paying via Phone

We are not able to take card payments over the phone. If you would like to place an order over the phone, please call me on  07814 286462, and see below for ways to pay.

For commissions ordered via email or phone, you can pay by cheque, bank transfer or we can text you a payment link which opens a web page in your mobile phone browser, where you will then be instructed to enter your card details. 

Payment in Person

You can also pay by card or cash if you would like to collect from my studio just outside of Bath. Please see below for more details.

Collection

You are more than welcome to collect from my home studio in Saltford near Bath Please select the 'Click and Collect' option from the delivery drop-down menu on the basket page.

You can either select 'pay offline' at checkout and collect from me (card or cash on collection please), or pay via PayPal at the time of ordering.

You will still need to enter the 'Delivery Address' at checkout as it won't let you proceed without this. Once you've made your purchase please let me know when you'd like to collect your order.
