DELIVERY INFORMATION

The delivery charge will be based on the weight and size of the items in your basket.

Most items posted in the UK are sent out via Royal Mail's 1st class. 

Collection in person - you are more than welcome to collect from my home studio in Saltford Bath. Please select the 'Click and Collect' option from the delivery drop-down menu on the basket page.

You can either select 'pay offline' at checkout and collect from me (card or cash on collection please), or pay by PayPal or bank card at the time of ordering.

You will still need to enter the 'Delivery Address' at checkout as it won't let you proceed without this. Once you've made your purchase please let me know when you'd like to collect your order.

International Orders

I am happy to post worldwide.

Please note that it is very difficult to calculate the delivery charges accurately as there as so many variables. 

If the postage calculated by my website is inaccurate in some rare circumstance's I might ask you for extra money to cover the costs (you can cancel the order if you do not wish to pay the excess) 

If my website has over estimated the postage costs then I can easily refund you the excess. You are very welcome to email me at johilltextiles@gmail.com to get an accurate postage price, let me know what you wish to buy and your address so I can calculate it.
