CODE: OPEN STUDIO TISSUE HOLDER WORKSH
Make a fabric tissue holder in your own choice of one of Jo's brand new fabric designs. The fabric is so new that it's currently being printed and so these images are just the 'samples' - but scroll across to see a sneak peak of the designs you can choose from on the day.
Reduce your plastic usage and make a lovely and practical accessory too - this pocket will protect your tissues and make a colourful addition to your handbag!
This workshop takes place at Jo's Open Studio on Saturday 18th May and then again on Sunday 19th May at 3.30pm (both days). It will take about half an hour to complete your tissue holder.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of sewing ability, but it would be great if you are confident in threading up a machine and stitching a straight line. This workshop is more suited to those aged 14+ and those under 16 will need to be accompanied by a full paying adult.
Jo's Open Studio takes place on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th May. You can read more about the day here.
You won't need to bring anything with you as there will be a sewing machine for you to use in the studio, and all fabric will be provided. You'll just need to supply the tissues!
Places are limited to 5 students so please book early as places may book up fairly quickly.
Due to the space available in the studio we can only accommodate those taking part in the workshop. Other family members/friends are welcome to sit outside if the weather is kind, or enjoy a drink in the kitchen for the duration of the workshop.
Places on the workshop are refundable in full less a 10% PayPal admin fee, if cancelled up to one month before the date of the workshop. You can also transfer onto a different workshop of your choice at this point (subject to availability).
No refunds or exchanges will be given if cancelled one month or less before the workshop (but you can send a friend in your place instead!).
