I am delighted to launch my latest collection of unique Jo Hill designs for 2018.
This beautiful wall hanging features three long tailed tits perched on the pink blossom, inspired by the wonderful colours of Spring in Britain and the fantastic displays of countryside colour. This wall hanging is a print on fabric and is an excellent reproduction of the original embroidery, perfect for adding colour and style to any room in the house.
All wall hangings are stretched around a bespoke wooden frame and come ready to hang on your wall.
I created the original, handmade design from my studio in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside. It was created using free motion embroidery, an exciting technique where I use the sewing machine to 'draw' the details of the wildlife onto the fabric with the sewing machine.
The design is a high-quality print on velvet of my original Long Tail design in shades of delicate pink with subtle stitching detail on the flowers. The warm rose accents really stand out on the soft grey background. Printing on velvet gives beautiful, rich colour reproduction and captures the light for a luxury look.
I have a professional photographer take a photo of my original work and then it is printed onto luxury fabric.
This wall hanging would make the perfect gift for any bird lover. The fabric is proudly printed in the UK, along with all of my Homeware and Original Textiles.
There are two sizes to choose from:
Square: 36cm x 36cm (14.5" x 14.5") £45
Landscape: 53cm x 36cm (21" x 14.5") £60
Please select your preferred size from the drop-down menu below.
Wall hangings can also be professionally framed as in the room setting photo. This is an extra £30 per wall hanging. Please tick the 'I would like this framed' box below, and your preferred choice of frame colour - black, white or natural. The artwork will be traditionally framed and sits behind the frame (but there is no glass so you get the full effect of the colours and light).
