Verbena Blues

This work has a printed background, I designed the screen print from a sketch from the verbena growing in my garden.  It was created using my wet applique technique incorporating many mediums and much stitching.

The embroidery measures 15cm squared, it is mounted onto mount board measuring 25cm squared.
