Use this fabric panel printed with Jo's unique design to create your own project! Add your own stitching to complete the design in any way you like. The design is digitally printed onto 100% cotton fabric.
Jo uses the technique known as free motion embroidery for all of her pieces (drawing with the sewing machine) and you could also use this technique for your project. The fabric is also suitable for hand stitching, too.
See the photographs for completed pieces Jo has made with the appliqué panels.
This fabric panel is the same design which is included with the English Landscape Cushion Cover Kit. If you would like to learn free motion embroidery from scratch, we would recommend buying the kit as it will develop your technique as well as your design skills.
The fabric panel measures 36.5cm x 36.5cm (14" x 14").
You will need:
(or needle and thread for stitching by hand)
Please note, there are no instructions provided with the panel.

Purchase of the fabric does not transfer ownership of any or all of the design. The range of Make It by Jo Hill kits and templates are designed for the home sewist to keep or give away as gifts and are not permitted to be made and sold on.
If you are new to the exciting art of free motion embroidery and want to learn more, you could join Jo for a free-motion embroidery workshop where you'll create a unique textile piece inspired by British wildlife, in a friendly and encouraging environment.
