PayPal

If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry! Simply add your items to your basket, enter your delivery details and then choose 'Pay by PayPal' anyway. Instead of logging in on the following PayPal page, select 'Check Out as a Guest' and you'll be able to enter your card information without creating a PayPal account.


Paying Offline

If you'd prefer to pay offline, please select this option at checkout. You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to pay by cheque, by bank transfer, or you can also pay by cash if you would like to collect from my studio just outside of Stafford.


Collection in Person

You are more than welcome to collect from my home studio in Whitgreave, Staffordshire (or from Gallery at 12 in Eccleshall). Please let me know in the comments/enquiries box that you'd like to collect in person. 

You will need to pay for Standard Delivery anyway but I will refund you in cash for the delivery charge when you collect your goods. You will still need to enter the 'Delivery Address' at checkout as it won't let you proceed without this. Once you've made your purchase please contact me for my address if you need it. 


Delivery

UK orders are usually sent via Royal Mail's 2nd class signed for service and can be tracked. Letters and large letters are not tracked.


International Orders

Please note that I would recommend the tracked service for all international orders.

Please be aware that no refunds can be given in the event of a missing parcel that's not sent using an international tracked service. Once your package leaves the UK, we have no control over it nor do we have control over what extra charges you may incur through your local customs.
